Mr. K. K. Ralhan (K.K.) is the owner and founder of Kaltimex Group. He is the company’s Group Chairman under Kaltimex Group in Indonesia, Singapore, Bangladesh, Philippines, and Myanmar.
He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer in 1970 from India and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management. He has more than five decades of professional experience working in the industrial field. Under his watch, and within 25 years, Kaltimex Group has achieved installations encompassing 1800MW of power, mostly in Bangladesh and Indonesia. He has now set his vision to ramp up Group’s business in Renewable Energy space.
With over four decades of professional experience, a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, India, and a Postgraduate in Industrial Quality Control and Operation Research from Bouwcentrum Institute, Holland, Jayashree Ralhan oversees every aspect of the business at Kaltimex Group.
She integrates the various functions of the group with the professionalism that is evident in management, focusing on Business Strategy, Planning, System Development of Operations, ensuring good governance with proper Compliance, Legal, HR & GA policies.
Outside Kaltimex Group, she has also held several positions in India at reputable companies like Engineers India Ltd., National Thermal Power Corporation. In Indonesia, with Indomobil Group of Companies, she held various management positions focusing on the production and distribution of automobiles such as Suzuki, Mazda, Hino, Volvo, Audi, and Nissan over 30 years. The pinnacle of her contribution best represents as Director appointed by Hino Motors, Japan, in Hino Indonesia from 2003 to 2016.
Purnima Ralhan has been the Director of Sustainability for Kaltimex Group since 2020, leading the company’s transition toward a net zero carbon future and embedding environmental stewardship across its power and renewable energy portfolio. She drives the Group’s ESG strategy and disclosures, playing a key role in preparing Kaltimex’s ESG reports, including the 2021 and 2024 publications that set out the company’s long term environmental and social commitments.
With a background spanning renewable energy project development, ESG compliance, and environmental education in leading international schools across Southeast Asia, she combines technical and educational expertise to build environmental awareness among stakeholders and clients. Purnima has also collaborated on sustainability initiatives with various NGOs, including WWF. Since December 2025, she has served as the lead contact for the MWM gas genset distributorship in the Philippines, aligning advanced distributed power solutions with Kaltimex’s decarbonization goals.
With more than 17 years of experience in the energy and industrial sectors, Tanuj Dwivedi has successfully managed and supported diverse projects across India, South-East Asia, Africa, and Latin America. His expertise spans biomass power plants, industrial boilers, waste heat recovery systems, and sustainable energy solutions.
Throughout his career with industry leaders like Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd., Uttam Energy Ltd., and Adornment Engineers Pvt. Ltd., Tanuj has driven project execution, technical coordination, and business development for global industrial clients.
He holds a degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and an Executive MBA in Supply Chain Management, combining technical precision with strategic operational leadership.
Andrea is a Registered Electrical Engineer with a strong background in energy audit project coordination, site inspections, and technical reporting for commercial and industrial facilities. She plays a key role in advancing energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives by delivering thorough assessments and working closely with clients to identify practical, results-driven solutions.
In her role, Andrea prepares comprehensive proposals, bid documents, and technical presentations, while also representing the company in client meetings and industry engagements. Her ability to bridge technical expertise with clear communication ensures that projects are both well-executed and aligned with client objectives.
Andrea has completed specialized training in Investment Grade Audits, equipping her with the skills to develop actionable energy management strategies that support long-term operational efficiency and sustainability goals.
